Tasting notes:
A mellow nose, with cherry, tobacco and spice aromas combined with scents of the garrigue. An easy-drinking, fresh wine.
Smooth and crisp on the palate, the wine offers a delightfully fresh finish.

Tasting suggestions:
The wine is still young and will further develop its garrigue aromas. In the meantime, it will benefit from aeration.
Enjoy it with grilled meats, especially lamb, and a wide range of other dishes (not too spicy). Ideal with Mediterranean dishes.
