On the nose, tropical passion fruit and mango notes combine with preserved citrus fruit, dried fruit and violet aromas.
This complex range of aromas is found on the palate, highlighted by the wine’s volume and fleshiness balanced by a pleasing acidity that gives it freshness and persistence.
Tasting suggestions:
This wine may be served with a wide range of fish or white meat dishes as well as a variety of cheeses. It combines superbly with Asian food, most spices and Oriental dishes. To enjoy the wine at its best, take care not to over-chill it.
