Tasting notes: A very expressive, mellow nose with an elegant mix of ripe red berries (blackcurrants, blackberries...) and scents of the "garrigue" that surrounds the vines (thyme, rosemary, cistus...). The bouquet is sustained on the palate by a very smooth, pleasant structure that carries on the initial perceptions and stay delightfully fresh.
Tasting suggestions: The wine may be enjoyed now, but will benefit from being laid down for a few years (3 to 5 years) to develop its bouquet. It is best served at a temperature of around 18 °C.
