Tasting suggestions: This wine should be laid down and will reach its full expression between 5 and 15 years, but its rounded structure means that it can be enjoyed younger, but should be decanted beforehand. It should be served at between 17 and 19 °C and, considering its strength, will go beautifully with all kinds of dishes, particularly meats in sauce, such as game (hare, deer, etc...).
