Tasting notes: The bouquet consists of very mellow and slightly buttery aromas, with hints of mineral, candied citrus fruits, lime blossom, white lilac and peaches. On the palate, these aromas are sustained by the fullness of the wine. The finish is very long, with plenty of freshness and evidence of a well-balanced wine.

Serving suggestions: This white wine may be served with a wide range of dishes, especially white meats, fish cooked in sauce, cheese, Asian dishes and foie gras. To enjoy it at its best, do not serve it too cold. If opened young, it should be decanted into a carafe to expose it to the air. The wine may be laid down for a number of years and will develop greater finesse, complexity and minerality.
