Tasting notes:

The aromas are very varied: cherries, pomegranates, peanuts, lime blossom and leather combine to form a typical, harmonious bouquet. The wine is full-bodied and fresh on the palate, with great length and the same aromas, making this a great accompaniment to gourmet dishes.

Serving suggestions:

With its balance and freshness, this wine may be enjoyed with a wide range of foods such as Mediterranean and meat dishes, particularly lamb and veal. Try it with a “navarin” of lamb, for example. This wine is at its best served at a temperature of around 18 °C. If served young, the wine should be aerated. Though very pleasant to drink when young, it will increasingly express the scents of the ‘garrigue’ as it matures.

Tasting notes:

The bouquet offers a delightful balance of coffee, liquorice, curry and thyme aromas along with a slight smokiness. These aromas are also found on the palate, supported by a very smooth, velvety structure that remains fresh and persistent.

Serving suggestions:

This wine will achieve its full expression at around 18 °C. Further aromas are revealed with time, expressing more clearly the influence of the terroirs and their plant life. An ideal accompaniment for all types of meat or vegetables, but also goes well with stronger-tasting and spicy dishes, as long as they are not too spicy.
