Classic blanc...is fresh and stony with good acidity. Grand Vin... a wine with more texture and mouthfell, with balancing acidity.

The red Classic... is fresh and elegant. The Grand Vin...(has) a palate richer and more powerful than the Classic, with great ageing potential. It is a lovely glass of wine.
