Tasting notes:
On the first nose come aromas of black fruits (blackcurrant, cherry and blackberry) mixed with cinnamon, four-spice and notes of toasted herbs. On the palate these aromas are complemented by cocoa and notes of roasted coffee. The structure in the mouth is supple with a lot of freshness which favors a great length where the notes of black fruit are prolonged.
Tasting suggestions:
This wine will express itself very well with grilled lamb with rosemary, roast veal with sage, grilled red meat and can also be measured against quite spicy dishes. For an ideal expression a service temperature of around 18 ° C will be desirable.
