Vinification: Traditional, with 4 to 6 weeks' fermentation time. Maturing: Concrete tanks, and barrels (for syrah and mourvèdre) on the lees. Treatment of the wine: Not fined, not filtered Alcoholic strength: 14 % vol. Packaging: 75 cl Bordeaux bottles
Tasting suggestions: The wine may be enjoyed now, but will benefit from being laid down for a few years (4 to 8 years) to develop its bouquet. It is best served at a temperature of around 18 °C.
