Tasting notes: Very typical and pure, this wine mixes very fresh, fruity aromas (citrus fruits, peaches) with quite sweet floral notes to form a balanced, harmonious nose. The bouquet is sustained on the palate by fullness and freshness linked to good acidity, giving the wine good aromatic persistence.
Tasting suggestions: Ideal as an aperitif, with tapas, fish served as a terrine or grilled (sea bass, sea bream) or goat's cheese.
