Tasting notes: This very fresh wine has a mellow, harmonious nose that includes white flowers, white peaches, citrus fruits and a hint of mineral. The wine has plenty of fullness, a rich structure to sustain the bouquet and good acidity, which means that it will be a fine accompaniment to a meal.

Serving suggestions: If opened young, it should be exposed to the air before serving. It will develop added finesse and complexity over time and will be at its best between 2006 and 2009). This Classic Blanc should be served with grilled fish or fish terrine, shellfish or goats’ cheeses.
