Tasting notes: Very fresh on the nose, with a sensation of sweetness and a bouquet that includes white flowers (vine, honeysuckle...), broom and mellow hints of mandarin and mango. This Classic has a well-rounded structure that highlights the richness of the wine and sustains a liveliness right through to the finish.
Serving suggestions: This wine may be served with a number of dishes, but is ideal with shellfish, Asian food and grilled fish. This white wine is best served at around 12°C. If opened young, it should be exposed to the air (decanted) before serving, but it will gain in elegance and complexity after a few years.
