Tasting notes: Initial dominant citrus fruit aromas, particularly orange peel and preserved lemons, followed by hints of white blossom and white peach. Well balanced on the palate, with the initial freshness and fleshiness revealing white blossom flavours and hints of resin and violets that carry through to a long, lively finish.

Serving suggestions: This Classic White may be enjoyed young, when it offers fruitiness, or older (3 to 6 years), when it has more floral, mineral qualities. When young, it should be aired in a carafe to release its aromas, and served at approximately 12°C. It goes particularly well as an aperitif with tapas, or with grilled fish, seafood such as Coquilles St Jacques, or goat’s cheeses.
