Tasting notes: Initial aromas of mandarins, preserved lemons and verbena. Acidulous notes of passion fruit and grapefruit are added on the palate. A sensation of fullness and freshness supports the long-lasting aromas.
Serving suggestions: This Classic White makes an ideal aperitif and may also be enjoyed with spring vegetables, shellfish, grilled fish or goat’s cheese. Or why not try it with something more original, such as a chicken Tajine with preserved lemons or wok-fried vegetables.
