Tasting notes:
Almond, honeysuckle and quince aromas combine on the nose with smoky notes and hints of hay. White peach dominates the palate, with a fine balance of fleshiness and acidity that highlights these aromas as they linger in the mouth.
Tasting suggestions:
This wine may be enjoyed with a number of dishes. Serve it as an aperitif, with crudités or avocado verrines, for example. It also goes well with shellfish (langoustines, prawns, etc.), grilled fish and a wide range of Asian dishes. Best served at a temperature around 10 to 12 °C.
