Tasting notes: A rich, complex nose with smoky overtones that reveal dark berry (blackberry) and spice aromas with hints of “garrigue” in an intense bouquet. The structure is dense with harmonious tannins that offer considerable persistence on the palate.

Tasting suggestions: This wine combines great richness with freshness and may be enjoyed with a wide range of dishes, especially meat cooked in sauce or game, such as hare.

It is pleasant to drink now and should be decanted before the meal. You can also lay it down in the cellar for a few years without risk – quite the contrary!
