Tasting suggestions: Very pleasant now, this wine has the potential to develop over many years to come, revealing further aromas through which the terroirs will express their character. This powerful, fresh wine may be enjoyed with all the usual dishes even the more strongly-flavoured, including game. Why not try it with a hare “à la royale”. Go for it!
