Tasting notes:
The aromatic register on the nose is very airy. There are aromas of lime, white peach but also floral notes and verbena with a light background of pine forest scents. The palate is round and tangy.

This wine may be enjoyed with a number of dishes. Serve it as an aperitif, with crudités or avocado verrines, for example. It also goes well with shellfish (langoustines, prawns, etc.), grilled fish and a wide range of Asian dishes. Best served at a temperature around 10 to 12 °C.
