Madura 2013 Saint-Chinian

I’ve paired this book with a bottle from Domaine La Madura, the 2013 Saint-Chinian, which is located in France’s Languedoc-Roussillon wine region. The wine is a blend of Mourvèdre, Syrah, Grenache and Carignan and it represents one of my favorite flavor profiles of garrigue.
