Tasting notes: This very fresh wine has a mellow, harmonious nose that includes white flowers, white peaches, citrus fruits and a hint of mineral. The wine has plenty of fullness, a rich structure to sustain the bouquet and good acidity, which means that it will be a fine accompaniment to a meal.


Serving suggestions: If opened young, it should be exposed to the air before serving. It will develop added finesse and complexity over time and will be at its best between 2006 and 2009). This Classic Blanc should be served with grilled fish or fish terrine, shellfish or goats’ cheeses.

Tasting notes: Very typical and pure, this wine mixes very fresh, fruity aromas (citrus fruits, peaches) with quite sweet floral notes to form a balanced, harmonious nose. The bouquet is sustained on the palate by fullness and freshness linked to good acidity, giving the wine good aromatic persistence.


Tasting suggestions: Ideal as an aperitif, with tapas, fish served as a terrine or grilled (sea bass, sea bream) or goat's cheese.
